Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.

Dispatch time

Orders received on working days before 16:00 are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 16:00, at the weekend or on public holidays are shipped the next working day. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you receive a track & trace code by email so you can follow the shipment.

Delivery time

  • Netherlands: usually 1–2 working days after dispatch
  • Belgium and other EU countries: usually 2–5 working days after dispatch
  • Outside the EU: usually 5–10 working days after dispatch

Shipping costs

  • Netherlands: € 4.95
  • European Union: € 5.95
  • Outside the EU (including United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States): € 19.95

You always see the exact shipping costs at checkout before you pay. For deliveries outside the EU, local import duties or VAT may apply; these are at the customer's expense.
